 1000 Books Before Kindergarten

The Goal?

Read 1000 books to/with your child before kindergarten. It’s really that simple! We offer reading logs at the library to help you keep track. Your child will earn a prize for every 100 books. There is also a graduation ceremony at the end of the program to celebrate the accomplishment of reading 1000 books. Taking part in this program will help set your child up for educational success and a lifetime of reading.
